Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to the shipping carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. URBN Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

URBN Lux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
