Return & Refund Policy
At URBN Lux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our products, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
